Mac Business Hardware Upgrade Installation
This service is suitable for any business requiring upgrades to be fitted to a Mac at their premises.
With a Mac upgrade you can optimise the productivity, the lifetime and the capabilities of your existing equipment. You can run your Macs faster, compatible with all the latest software, using processor and memory upgrades from MacWarehouse.
Our expert technician will visit your premises to install, configure and test your upgrade or peripheral, resolving any compatibility issues with minimum disruption to your business.
The service includes:
- Unlimited upgrades fitted at time of purchase
- Upgrade checked for suitability
- Compatibility issues resolved
The service is available between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Call before 10am for a technician to call the next working day.
*Please note this is only for upgrades or peripherals purchased from MacWarehouse.
What is included:
- A qualified technician to install your upgrades
- Un-boxing and checking of the contents of the upgrade or peripheral
- Fitting of all upgrades purchased into one Mac
- Check of suitability and possible hardware compatibility issues
- Installation and configuration of the upgrade or peripheral
- Installation of any software provided with the upgrade
- Testing of the upgrade or peripheral to ensure that it is working correctly.
- In the unlikely event that there are irreconcilable conflicts with the new upgrade the machine will be returned to its original specification
- Available between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)
What is excluded:
- The cost of the upgrade or peripheral
- Installation of software other than the software provided with the upgrade
- Backup of existing data to protect vital files (this is solely the customer's responsibility)
- Installation of products not purchased from MacWarehouse
- Excludes some network-orientated products, such as NATs, routers, switches etc.
