How do I track a parcel?

To track the delivery progress or see proof of delivery for an order:

  1. Log In to your account
  2. From the Account Menu select Order History (opens in new window)
  3. Adjust the search criteria if necessary
  4. If available click the tracking link to dispatch details
  5. Click on the consignment number for Detailed Tracking Information

What are your delivery times?

Orders placed for items which are in stock before 4pm, are normally despatched same day for next business day delivery.

If an item is unavailable an expected lead time is shown on the product at the time of order. This is when we expect to receive the goods from our supplier. Once we receive your item we will despatch it for next business day delivery.

If an order is placed for a mixture of in and out-of-stock items we do not ship automatically. If you wish to have your in-stock goods shipped immediately contact your account manager or send us an email and we will arrange this for you.

What are your delivery charges?

Our UK shipping charges are as follows:

Can I change the delivery address of an order?

If an order has already been placed and you wish to amend the delivery address, please contact your account manager or contact customer services on 08705 553555 as quickly as possible . Order turnaround times for in-stock items are very short and therefore it may not always be possible to change an address if the order has already been processed.
