Parcel Tracking and Proof of Delivery

To track the delivery progress or see proof of delivery for an order that has been despatched from our warehouse you must first log in to your account.

From the Account menu click on the View Order History. This will take you to your Order Status page. By default the page will display all orders placed on your account in the past 30 days. To search for an order, use the search box at the top of the screen.

Once the required order has been found, click the Tracking option when a Click Here option is displayed.. This will then display despatch information for your order. For each shipment that has been made for this order, a link will appear. Click on these links to find out their current  delivery status. For a complete delivery history, click the consignment number from this page and a step-by-step summary of your parcel’s journey will be shown. If the parcel has been delivered, the signature and name of the person who signed for the it can be viewed as proof of delivery. If shipment has been made by a method other which does not allow tracking details to be shown online (such as some direct delivery options), tracking details may not be available.

In this event a message detailing the despatch type will be displayed, and more details can be obtained by emailing customerservices@macwarehouse.co.uk
