What are your delivery times?
Orders placed before 4pm, for items which are in stock, are normally processed same day for despatch according to the delivery option selected.
You can choose Next Business Day Delivery or 2-3 Business Day Delivery. This is the time-scale within which your goods should be received once despatched.
If an item is not in stock, we will order this from our suppliers, and the Order History on the site will show an estimated despatch date. This is when we expect to receive the goods from our supplier. Once we receive your item we will despatch it in line with the delivery option selected.
If an order is placed for a mixture of in and out-of-stock items we will ship the order when all the items are in stock. If you wish to have your in-stock goods shipped immediately send us an email and we will arrange this for you.
