Ordered mid afternoon, despatched next day and with me the following morning. Faultless service.

As for the drive itself, it's fantastic. Yes, it looks great, really great, actually, but ultimately that's not the reason for buying an external hard-drive. 1TB, at this price - that's the reason.

Take out the gleaming, small, monolithic block from its box, plug it in, turn it on, click set up :- 30 seconds later you have almost 1TB of storage at your finger tips.

It is very quiet in operation, the merest hint of fan noise, and projects a small blue rectangle of light to indicate it is on.

If you want external storage, irrespective of whether you are interested in style or not, then this has to top of your consideration list.

I reckon this is the best value 1TB usb drive available. Why pay more for one that doesn't have the "design" element.
