In addition, this drive rips audio CDs at a 52X speed, reads data at 52X and delivers a 100ms average access time, resulting in an unsurpassed performance.

For optimum results, this drive's buffer underrun prevention technology suspends recording until the buffer is refilled to prevent bad discs even while multitasking.
