This machine is extremely good - and exceptionally good value.

I have used a number of MFD's, but this is my first colour laser. It was really quick to set up. The only fiddly bit was sticking the templates around the buttons on straight (you only really get one attempt).

I use this on a home network with a couple of PC's and the sharing is much simpler than sharing from within Windows. The scan quality is great and so is the print for a low cost laser (some feint horizontal lines on deeply saturated print).

Overall, great value, easy to use (except email from the printer, which is a bit of a waste of time), quiet and reasonably quick.

Highly recommended!

Very small footprint and exceptionally quiet. Excellent print quality and very easy set-up.

My only reason for not giving it a 5/5 is that I fear that the toner cartridges are so small that my ongoing operating costs could be much higher than I anticipated - I previously had a Samsung CLX-3160FN which used much larger toner cartridges and therefore offered better value-for-money in running costs.

Overall I would strongly recommend it for small home office use, as it is fully featured and does everything it says very well. If you need greater throughput on a daily basis, I would go for a larger machine.
