After careful research, I determined that this wireless multifunction printer was the ideal for our needs.

Photograph/picture printing needed to be very good, and reasonably quick, and we wanted a unit with a flattish paper path to allow printing on card.

It took me about an hour to unpack the box, put the ink units in, install the software on two computers, set the wireless access up and do a test print. The quick start instructions were clear and worked well (although most of it was pretty intuitive).

The printer is quiet, and pretty quick. The quality of the test print (a photo) was frankly outstanding! There are many features to explore - including the possibility to print out pre-formatted templates (eg music staves, a monthly calendar, a to do list, etc) with a couple of key presses.

We have only had the printer for a few days, and have barely scratched the surface of its possibilities; I don't know whether it is possible to post a delayed review with a more considered analysis of how it shapes up - if so, I will do so.

We haven't found any problems with using it so far - it just seems to do what it says on the can!

An excellent printer that offers a wide range of features. A little difficult to set up wirelessly, but still all done within about 90mins.
